Admitted to the Paris Bar, Muriel MAZAUD has developed a bilingual legal expertise notably at the Institut Supérieur d'Interprétariat et de Traduction (Institute of Translators and Interpreters - ISIT) in Paris and at the University of Marburg in Germany. She has had training in alternative dispute resolution methods, and raises special awareness for them, in particular for mediation. She assists French and foreign companies in the context of commercial negotiations, pre-litigation claims, implementation of amicable solutions and alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as litigation and legal proceedings.
